Refund Policy

At Socially Gathering, we strive to provide exceptional experiences for our community. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase or event registration, we are happy to assist you with a refund request under the following conditions:

• Event Cancellations or Postponements: If an event is canceled or rescheduled, you will be notified promptly, and you will have the option to receive a full refund with in a week of the announcement. 

• Refund Requests for Events: Refund requests for events must be submitted at least 48 hours before the event date. Refunds will be issued in full, minus any processing fees if applicable. Refund requests made less than 48 before the event may not be eligible for a refund, but we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis.

• Non-Refundable Fees: Certain event-related services (e.g., merchandise or add-ons) may be non-refundable. Please check the event registration details for more information.

By attending the event, you consent to being included in such content. If you do not wish to be included in any photographs or videos, please inform our team upon arrival, and we will make the necessary arrangements to respect your preference.
